It’s unlike any other bedding on the market consisting of around 30% rice hulls and 70% fresh plantation pine, both products being kiln dried at 100 degrees twice before its pelletized, this burns out any impurities to maximise the expansion rate which makes it safe for not only horses but all animals, rodents, reptiles, poultry, birds and other livestock plus it makes for fantastic cat litter.
Each bag has almost double the expansion of the competitors and is less in price so far more appetizing to consumers, especially in our current times.

Another benefit of Fel Eür Animal Bedding is the added medicinal factor. Having containing the rice hulls, they carry a small amount of silica which can act like a drawing agent similar to having an Epson salt bath, when laid on it’s great for worked or sore muscles, especially laminitis or abscess type of injuries as it will draw the heat from the hooves, being super soft it will promote the ‘heel up’ and aid in the recovery. It can be wet continually to stay cool or will hold warmth when the weather is cold.

If an animal is in shock and in need of even warming up, warm water can be applied and it will hold the warmth for a few hours to help regulate the animal’s temperature, it can also be used in conjunction with heat mats and lamps and will again keep the heat evenly distributed throughout the bedding.

It makes amazing cat litter, either in a sieve tray or normal litter tray it will take away any odour, stays fresh and only a small amount is needed which is safe to empty on the garden when finished with.
